We accept psychology and neuropsychology referrals from health professionals, such as a GP, specialist doctor or allied health
professional, as well as from funding bodies, case managers and support services. We are registered providers with Medicare, TAC, NDIS, WorkSafe and DVA.

In some cases referrals from family members or clients themselves may be accepted. Clients are encouraged to speak with their doctor, case manager or support person prior to referring themselves. We are a registered NDIS provider.
SERVICE DELIVERY & COVID-19
Memory Lane Neuropsychology provides both face to face and Telehealth services. The mode of service delivery depends on the client's needs, the nature of the appointment, and any current DHHS recommendations as relevant. Strict infection control procedures are followed to ensure a safe environment for clients. If you are unwell on the day of your appointment, please contact the practitioner to change your appointment to Telehealth.
